The Hot Topic

IFRIC 22 Date of transaction (effective for accounting periods commencing on/after 1 January 2018)

Why?

Although the translation of FX transactions, and financial statements presented in a foreign currency is often seen as a somewhat mechanical process, there are numerous pitfalls, and some significant judgements to be made.  This webinar will cover IAS 21 comprehensively, and will also pick up on the requirements of IFRIC 16.  Then, it will conclude by looking at the recently published (Dec 2016) IFRIC 22 that is mandatory from 1 Jan 2018

The Background

Our webinars are famed for the quality of information taught, the ability of our lecturers to break down even the most complicated issues into understandable segments and for always being up-to-date with the latest industry news on the day of delivery.  No other training organisation is able to offer such an up-to-date service and we can only do it because of our subject specialists.  They are a great way of fulfilling CPD requirements, whilst learning in an interactive environment and are also recorded - anyone who signs up will be sent a link to the post-event recording.
