How do I download and read my eBook?
Our eBooks are a totally portable and environmentally friendly study resource.
In order to read and download your eBook you will need to have Adobe Digital Editions installed on your device.

Install Adobe Digital Editions on your laptop; if you would like to view your eBook on more than one device ensure your follow the instruction to create and Adobe Digital ID.
Having a digital ID
allows our EW eBooks to be read on PC/Laptops/Netbooks/ Tablets (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android). They can also be synced to most eReaders, Android and Apple devices using approved apps such as Bluefire Reader, Copia and many more. When will my eBook be available?
Your eBook should be available for download instantly. However, please allow a maximum of 24 hours for the book to be ready to download and view. Please note that you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will inform you when your books are ready to download.
If after 24 hours your eBook is not available to download please check your junk mail. If you still cannot find it please contact us using the – contact us form or by e-mailing:
Can I print or edit my eBook?
It is not possible to print or edit your eBook.
eBooks Returns policy
Once payment has been received is it not possible to cancel any eBook purchase. It is not possible to gain a refund on an eBook. If you are unable to complete the download process; please contact us. using the – contact us form or by e-mailing:
If your product is available as a physical book; not just as an eBook, the following Terms and Conditions will apply.
Items will be delivered via a number of trusted courier cmpanies. Details regarding the company that will be delivering your parcel are available on your confirmation email.
Our Delivery times are:
UK: 3-5 Working days
Europe: 5-7 Working days
Rest of the World: 7-10 Working days
What happens if my items don't arrive in the expected time?
If your parcel does not arrive in the expected time, you can track your parcel by logging in to your account on this site for the link and consignment number or to view the confirmation email you received.
Delivery times are subject to stock availability.
Emile Woolf endeavours to deliver to you within the estimated times but we cannot make any guarantees.
A signature will be required when your order is delivered. Please make sure that there will be someone available to sign for the order when it is delivered.

Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your items purchased, you can return them to us in their original condition within 7 days of the date you received the items, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the items.
Please note that any opened or used items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
Any postage or courier charges incurred in making such returns will be at your cost unless the items are damaged, faulty or sent in error.
After this 7-day period, we will only accept returns of items in the following circumstances:
If the items were found to be damaged or faulty: We will give you a full refund or replace the items when we receive the items back from you.
If the items were incorrectly supplied by us: We will issue a full refund when we receive the items back from you.

If you are returning a bulk order, please call us for further details of returning your items.
You should allow 14 days for returns to be processed. We will only refund postage of damaged and faulty items if we are satisfied that you used the most economical method of return.
If any items are damaged other than through our fault or due to postage and packaging issues we will not accept the return or make a refund. We will, of course, notify you in this circumstance and then you will be responsible for collecting the rejected items. If you haven't collected your items within 30 days of us notifying you, we will dispose of the items (and will not be liable for this).
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Completing your order
When you have completed the registration section, or have logged on, click the "
" link at the top right of the page to go back to your order. Here you can edit your shopping basket, select the type of delivery you would like (details on deliveries are available on the Delivery page) and change your billing and delivery address. You are also able to add a note to your order if needed.
When you are happy with your order select the "Confirm" link at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to the payment page where you will need to fill in your credit / debit card information. Once you have completed this section you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please remember to print this out for your own records.
Tracking your order
When the order has been shipped to you, you will receive a further email detailing when the order left the warehouse, a tracking number and a link to trace your parcel. Alternatively you can log on to the site for the tracking number or to view your order history.
